- Management of personnel marketing / employer branding
- Specialist and/or management role in personnel development; development and advancement of managers and employee development
- Constructive cooperation with works councils; negotiating company agreements
- Restructuring, business transfers, change management
- Professional and disciplinary management of teams and projects
