Learning and working must become an integrated process that takes place beyond learning programs, training measures, or learning journeys. This is precisely the aim of the agile learning approach. It places the learner at the center of the learning process and is based on the principles of personal responsibility and self-organization. Learning objectives, materials, formats, and settings are individually selected according to specific needs and contextual conditions. Various forms of personal and technical support assist learners in shaping their learning progress and guide them through iterative phases of planning, observation, evaluation, and adaptation.
