Continuous and lifelong learning is one of the main drivers for making companies future-proof and successful (e.g., TNF Infratest study, Deloitte Human Capital Trends 2019). Learning and working must become an integrated process that takes place beyond learning programs, training measures, or learning journeys. This is precisely the aim of the agile learning approach. It places the learner at the center of the learning process and is based on the principles of personal responsibility and self-organization. Learning objectives, materials, formats, and settings are individually selected according to specific needs and contextual conditions. Various forms of personal and technical support assist learners in shaping their learning progress and guide them through iterative phases of planning, observation, evaluation, and adaptation. My services include individual support for managers and employees in their learning processes, as well as the identification of learning trends within the company based on anonymized feedback from learning coaching sessions.
